Order of service
After the commissioning and handover of your whirlpool, Endless pool, sauna or swimming pool, our care for your maximum comfort does not end. The products we offer are very high quality, almost maintenance-free, but of course they require proper regular care. We will be happy to teach you how to use the products correctly and take care of them, or you have the opportunity to use our professional service team, who will do everything for you. You will ensure maximum comfort from the use of our products and professional work, we will provide regular maintenance for you.
The headquarters of our company is in the Spa & Wellness showroom, Kodaňská 1509/73, 101 00 Prague 10 – Vršovice, from where we provide service throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Unless otherwise agreed, transport to the service is charged from Kodaňská Street in Prague.

Prices and specifications of conditions for billing of service work
Hourly rate for technical work
790 CZK without VAT / 1 technician (we always charge for each started half hour according to the number of technicians on site)
Transport is charged according to the mileage, in Prague according to a flat fee. Unless otherwise agreed, transport to the service is charged from the Spa & Wellness showroom in Kodaňská Street in Prague.
The trip there and back is always charged.
550 CZK without VAT / construction manager (we always charge every started half an hour according to the number of construction managers on site)
19 CZK / km without VAT (Passenger car)
28 CZK / km without VAT (Truck)
450 CZK without VAT (Flat rate “Praha I.” – up to 10 km from Spa & Wellness showroom)
550 CZK without VAT (Flat rate “Praha II.” – over 10 km from Spa & Wellness showroom)
Hydraulic arm handling
In case of necessary use of the hydraulic arm, a handling fee is charged, which is used to pay for its regular service and inspection costs.
990 CZK without VAT / hour (we always charge every started hour)
The statement is created on the basis of the completed form “Specification of the Work Performed” (hereinafter referred to as SPP), which the technician fills in at the place of service and after completion of service work is submitted to the customer for inspection and signature. The customer has the right to sign the scope of work actually performed and the materials used, or to add his own comment.
By signing, the client confirms that he has been acquainted with the protocol and everything stated in it, and service work will be billed on the basis of this document. The statement is always made as soon as possible (max. 7 days) on the basis of SPP, an invoice with a maturity of 7 days is sent to the client’s email, see. SPP. If the client does not receive the invoice by this deadline, it is his duty to report this deficiency to the above contacts
In the event that it is not possible to repair, commission the whirlpool or other product by one service, billing always takes place after each partial repair, not after the complete completion of the service. At the client’s request, an approximate price can be made in advance with regard to the extent of the damage and the reported facts.
If the invoice is not paid in due time, Spa & Wellness s.r.o. the right to charge interest on arrears in accordance with the current Civil Code of the Czech Republic and the set Repo Rate by the Czech National Bank.
